Suspect charged following Bognor Regis burglary

CHRISTMAS Day will be spent remanded in custody for a man charged with burgling a home.

Ian Dunstane, 48, unemployed, of Old Market Lane in Littlehampton, has been charged with burglary with threat of violence and trespassing with intent to steal.

“The two offences are alleged to have occurred at two separate addresses in Den Avenue, Bognor Regis, on 26 November,” said a police spokesman. “He appeared at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on December 8, where he was remanded in custody ahead of a preliminary hearing at Chichester Crown Court on January 5.”
