Wearhouse came into business on Tuesday as part of Bognor Vineyard Church’s work in the community. Based on the corner of High Street and Lyon Street, they will provide garments to those unable to afford their own, as well as selling clothes to meet its running costs.

Lisa van Driel, one of the church’s pastors, said: “We will give out referral forms to agencies like social workers and health visitors so they can refer people they know need clothes to us. I imagine we will be helping quite a few people.”
