Taking place at the Bognor Regis campus of the University of Chichester, Antonia’s workshops will encourage those taking part to use colour, words, images, materials, papers, fabric and all manner of different materials to discover more about themselves.

The workshops will be running on Monday, July 20, from 1pm to 4pm.

The life board workshops are also teaming up with Create Bognor, an art hub and community interest company run by Victoria Hulatt which uses all profits to develop and provide fun, creative projects around the town.

Antonia said: “Life board workshops are a unique, creative and effective way to access the inner you.”

“Using all manner of colours, materials, images and words, the workshop aims to help to create a visual representation of how you are feeling right now,”

“The workshops have been held over the last year in Bognor, and have been a huge success.”

“Sometimes, the life boards are a surprise - sometimes things that we have no idea are in our minds show up.”

“Talking about and interpreting what we have created at the end of the session is always illuminating.”

“Sometimes makes us laugh and sometimes it is sad.”

“Everyone is welcome, and no experience is necessary.”

The workshops are £25 per person, and all materials as well as tea and coffee are provided.
