Last year the band celebrated 60 years together with a hugely successful UK tour.

The Hollies were one of the key bands of the 1960s British Invasion era alongside the likes of The Beatles and The Rolling Stones. The band have had more than 20 world-wide hits, including number one singles in both the US and UK, spending 263 weeks in the UK top 40 official singles chart. Also coming up is Get It On! One Night Of Glam Rock at the Devonshire Park Theatre, Saturday, October 28 at 7.45pm.

A spokesman said: “Relive the costumes, the make-up, the music of this most flamboyant 70s rock movement. This is an outrageous celebration of a golden age, live on stage. Our UK charts were crammed with glam rock acts from 1971-1975, rebelling against the hard-rock bands with their extravagant, often androgynous, costumes and loud stomping music with big guitar riffs and repeating chant-like lyrics so fans could quickly join in at the top of their voices. Whether you remember glam rock the first time around or you’re new to or intrigued by the genre, You Ain’t Seen Nothing Yet! So, bring your Tiger Feet and head to the Devonshire Park Theatre for a night like no other.”
