STABLER HAILS IMPRESSIVE GOLDS

LITTLEHAMPTON manager Carl Stabler praised his side after their win at Three Bridges on Saturday.

He said: "It was one of our best performances of the season. We played very well."

Golds took the lead on 40 minutes after a excellent team move. Tom Lawley, Steve Davies and Grant Vanson all combined before Vanson tapped home from six yards for his first goal of the season.

Steve Davies had two chances to increase Littlehampton's lead but got closed down then just failed to lob the Bridges' keeper.
