SELL LEAVES SIDLESHAM IN TATTERS

A POOR Sidlesham side, propping up the table, provided Worthing United with fodder for their first win since October 16 at Three Bridges.

It ended 10 matches that yielded just three points from three home 2-2 draws. United had failed to score in six of their seven defeats.

United never looked like losing, although without the unavailable Steve Pickles and Colin Moss and the injured Paul Rapps. Stuart Sell ran Sidlesham ragged in the first half, which ended 3-1 to United after Sidlesham had scored first.
