Return of Packer Polo Team
The Packer name will be back at Midhurst this year after a seven-year absence. The late Kerry Packer's son, James, has clinched a deal to temporarily take over the polo grounds created by his father at Stedham.
It is understood that Mr Packer has reached an arrangement with their present owner, Bobby Aguirre to have them for two years.
The private grounds at Great House Farm were once regarded as the best in the world and have been virtually unused since illness forced Keery Packer to give polo.
