Hide AdIt’s been a busy three weeks for the former Chelsea and Arsenal coach, who is still talking to existing squad members and working on off-the-field structures.
He said: “We are still negotiating with some players and some have gone back to talk to their agents, others have been released.
“We are negotiating and trying to sign other players, we want to bring in players that will want to come on board and work with us.
“Myself and Matt Gray have players that we like and where and when we can get them, we will get them in. I will leave a space for loans as clubs do not let them out until last knockings, but maybe for only one or two faces. We are looking for players that we can sign.

“Hopefully with work on the pitch we can get that to a level I have worked at and the other side just scaled down a bit. Money is obviously an issue but I want to be professional.
“The fans are coming in to do some work on the ground and I appreciate that. I hope they have a good break and come back and see what we have been working on and can enjoy it.”
