Cranleigh footballers meet Manchester United and Real Madrid legend Beckham

The ex-Manchester United, Real Madrid and LA Galaxy midfielder, who made 115 appearances and scored 17 goals from his country, was watching his son Romeo in action at the Rokeby School in Kingston upon Thames.
The Cranleigh first team were themselves in action at the National Prep School sixes event along with 23 other teams.

Hide AdHaving won their group, they went on to play Danes Hill in the quarter-finals where they were unlucky to lose 1-0, having dominated large bits of the match and having hit the post.
However, any disappointment was soon dispelled after meeting their footballing hero.
