Winchelsea Beach village voice

Rye Harbour Nature Reserve will be meeting to observe Breeding Birds on Sunday 10th June from 4 to 6.30 pm.

Assemble at Rye Harbour car park ready for the visit to the reserve where you will have the opportunity to see how the breeding terns, gulls and waders are progressing this year.

The Mobile Library will be making its fortnightly visit to Sea Road on Wednesday 13th June at 11.55 am to 12.30 pm.

An evening of Bingo will take place in the Community Hall on Wednesday 13th June at 7.15 for 7.30 pm. Light refreshments are available during the evening.

The next St Richard’s Fellowship Lunch is as usual on the last Friday in the month and will be on 29th June at 12 from 12.30 pm in the Community Hall. Booking is essential and the number to contact is 01797 227168. The Fellowship Lunch and St Richard’s congregation kindly donated £175 in April to the House of Grace in Thailand. This orphanage is where Dr Rachel Fawcett who is a member of the congregation and from Winchelsea Beach was on the medical staff.
