Thief cut above rest
Hairdressers, pet groomers and other professional scissor users in West Sussex are being asked if they have had any problems with a visiting tool sharpener who has not returned the valuable tools of their trade.
The man, who drives a white Transit van, took a pair of Miraki scissors, worth 200, for sharpening from a hairdresser in Barnham on September 21, but has so far failed to return them.
He is white, in his early 40s, 5ft 6ins, of medium build and has shaved brown hair. Anyone with information should contact PC Paul Robertson on 0845 60 70 999 ext. 86242.
