Swimming for cash at Arun Leisure Centre
SWIMMERS in the area helped raise thousands of pounds in a sponsored swimathon for Marie Curie Cancer Care.
Between swimmers at Arun Leisure Centre in Felpham and Littlehampton swimming and sport centre, a total of 7,587.90 was raised for charity.
Altogether 103 people took part in the event and covered a collective 237km.
The event will take place again next year between April 16 and 19.
