This will be visitors’ first opportunity of the season to ride the historic buses around the museum, with a display of the museum buses and visiting exhibitors.

The visiting buses include a Leyland Titan PD2/10 1958, from the Portsmouth Corporation. It has been rescued after being stored in a barn for around 40 years. It is now being restored by a team of Sussex enthusiasts, which include the former engineering director of Stagecoach South, Richard Alexander. The bus is still in its original condition, including some advertising posters from the 1970s, and is awaiting its full restoration.
