Police and Fire Service called to reports of fire coming from Eastbourne shop
Police and fire services were called to reports of a fire coming from a shop in Eastbourne.
At 10.45pm on Saturday, December 10, police and fire services rushed to All things Analogue in Grove road to reports of a fire in the shop.
Local residents from flats above were evacuated.
Following an investigation, the emergency services confirmed that there was no fire.
The smoke had come from a smoke machine which had been used to deter burglars which had had a fault and had filled the shop.
