Well there has been much effort by members of the Pett Village Hall Committee to ensure that the new floor in the main hall has been laid within timescale and budget. And that is despite the fact that the original contractor was unable to fulfil the contract at the very last minute! At the time of writing the main hall is due to reopen as planned on Monday June 23. So grateful thanks are certainly due to those committee members who have worked so hard to achieve this.
