Your Choice, a West Sussex organisation promoting alternative activities for young people aged 16-24, is running the competition, with voting on its Facebook page where people can listen to the bands and vote for their favourite.
The winner will have a free session at the Ford Lane studios in Ford.

A Your Choice spokesman said: “With the cost of everything going up and limited opportunities for work, finding something to do on a budget has become increasingly difficult.
