Plans are being put forward to convert a former Horsham shop into five flats.

Horsham District Council is being asked to grant planning permission for the flats in St Leonards Road.

The building – Ventura House – was previously a retail unit on the ground floor with a four-bedroom flat above.

Agents Garrick Architects say it is planned to change the former shop into two one-bed flats and one two-bed flat.

It is proposed to convert the building’s upper floor into a one-bed flat, and a two-bed flat.
