Eastbourne fire fighters take on 1,000-mile fundraising challenge
Eastbourne firefighters are aiming to raise hundreds of pounds in a 1,000-mile challenge.
Between May 27 and June 4 2020, they are planning a continuous run, jog or walk using treadmills and cross trainers.
They are raising money in aid of the NHS, the Fire Fighters Charity and Eastbourne Mencap.

The crews will naturally still respond to operational incidents during this time and carry out their usual duties on station.
