Car stuck in flood water on Shripney Road in Bognor Regis, pictures show

The photos, sent in by Sussex World photographer Eddie Mitchell, show the front wheel of a Mercedes half submerged in flood water in Shripney; right next to a sign welcoming visitors to Bersted.

They come shortly after a West Sussex County Council flood warning, released earlier today, which told residents to expect flooding on Shripney Lane and the surrounding areas, including the Tesco Superstore car park.
