Paramedics treat woman in Uckfield town centre

Paramedics were called to treat a woman in Uckfield town centre this afternoon (Tuesday, February 16).

The South East Coast Ambulance Service was called at 1:45pm to reports of a woman having a fit in Bell Walk, outside the Sussex Bed Centre.

A paramedic and ambulance crew attended and treated the woman, who is believed to be in her 40s, at the scene.

She was discharged without requiring hospital treatment.
