We pensioners can’t all pay by card

Lockdown is producing discrimination by certain shops, and I am not the only customer to be turned away because we can only pay by cash.

They should be looking after vulnerable pensioners.

We all know it’s better to pay by card at a time like this, but some of us do not have card accounts.

This attitude does not help, it makes the customer angry and frustrated.

It is also disgusting, and downright disrespectful.

They should be ashamed of themselves, and they should be named and shamed.
