The residents of Beach ward can rely on us

FOLLOWING the spreading of a recent leaflet campaign for Wick into Beach ward, I should like to reassure Beach ward residents that if they do have concerns in their street, their neighbourhood or their town, they can rely on myself and Dr James Walsh, their Arun district councillors, to listen and act on their behalf.

Beach Ward residents should be aware that Dr Walsh is the county councillor for Littlehampton East division (which includes Beach ward) and has worked tirelessly over many years to make a positive contribution to the ward and the town in general.

Our contact details are available through Arun District Council, including its website, and matters discussed are dealt with in confidence.

There are some issues that should be resolved directly by telephoning or e-mailing the relevant council. Matters regarding dogs should be reported to dog warden services at Arun by calling 01903 737755 or going online to environmental health at www.arun.gov.uk

Should you have an issue with streetlights or a pothole in the road, please report it by contacting West Sussex County Council on 01243 642105 or by going online to roads and transport at www.westsussex.gov.uk
