Fabulous summer fayre

On Saturday 27th June, Thakeham First School held their summer fayre.

The event, held in the school’s 140th year, had the usual school fayre stalls including a bouncy castle, soak the teacher, bbq, strawberries and cream, Pimms and beer, cakes and more.

The children also performed a dance they have been practicing and singing.

Overall it was a fabulous day. The whole event was put together by Mrs Booker Chair of the Friends committee she had the help of staff and parents.
