Disabled work

I am writing to you on the subject of employing disabled workers.

I am a woman of 56 and I have severe osteoarthritis in both my knees, therefore, some days I have difficulty in walking.

I have applied for hundreds and hundreds of jobs and as soon as someone sees you have a problem in slow mobility, you know before you sit down you are not going to get the job.

I have vast, vast experience on computers, clerical and admin and all I want is a job where I can use my brains and my head. My knees may be ruined but I’m not. All I want is a job, part- time, full-time, casual evenings, weekends or bank holidays, I don’t care.

I can’t believe I am going to be stuck at home for the rest of my life.

I am desperate to go to work, I hate being on benefits and would like some sanity back. If anyone can help, please let me know.
