Climbing danger

However, while sitting on a seat watching the world go by, I noticed a young child, aged about two- or three, climbing on the wire fencing of the new railings. His parents were just sitting, eating chips, and told him to get down.

My concern, after looking closely at the wire supports, is that a small child could easily fall through these wires and fall down into the river. This needs to be looked at.
