Already this has proved to be the case, with an increase in fly tipping in rural and semi-rural areas clearly visible to the public at large. Fly tipping can even be seen on the access road to the Burgess Hill Waste Disposal site! Is it not already time for the council to consider the environmental damage caused, consider those who pay for it’s services and the increasing burden on landowners , and reverse it’s decision before things get worse?
