Earth calling Southern Water

I actually got through to them on the telephone and was asked to write to them outlining the details of my query.

I wrote to them on March 20. As I had not heard from them by April 13, I tried to telephone them without success.

I phoned for four consecutive days and all I got was a recorded message stating that the number I was ringing was engaged and then I was cut off.

I then sent an email on April 17 asking for clarification on my query but this was never answered.

I then wrote another letter on April 28 complaining that I had not received answers to my previous correspondence.

As yet, this letter has not been answered either. I calculate they are due me 75 in compensation but how do you get this when they won't answer any communication?
