Missing Foyle's War actress found safe and well

Missing Foyle's War actress Honeysuckle Weeks has been found safe and well, police have said.

The 36-year-old from Petworth, who filmed the hit TV show in Hastings, was reported missing about 10pm on Thursday (July 28), having last been seen in Graylingwell Drive, Chichester, an hour previously.

Police issued a missing persons appeal after her recent behaviour – and her disappearance – concerned her family and friends.

Honeysuckle was found safe and well at a relative’s address in London at about 7.45pm on Friday (July 29). Her relative contacted police to notify them of her appearance.

She remained with police as of 10.45pm on Friday (July 29), prior to being returned to West Sussex.

Police say they are very grateful to everyone who expressed their concern for Honeysuckle and assisted in their appeal to help find her.
