Man jailed for downloading child sex photos

A Bognor man who downloaded horrific images of children being sexually abused has been given three years in jail.

Gary Leslie Seabourne (36), pleaded guilty to 17 charges including the downloading of still pictures and films, ranging from level one to the most serious, level five. He also admitted sharing some of the files with other users of an international internet paedophile network called Kids Light of Our Lives.

Chichester Crown Court heard that Seabourne's addiction to indecent images was discovered as part of a major investigation into child abuse headed by Britain's Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP).
