Home-hunters urged to register interest as planning permission granted for new phase at Barley Grange

Leading housebuilder Taylor Wimpey has moved a step closer to unveiling a brand new phase of high-quality homes at its Barley Grange development in West Durrington – after a planning application was formally approved by the local authority.

Detailed planning permission has now been granted for Phase 2, an exciting new collection of 149 two, three and four-bedroom homes, paving the way for Taylor Wimpey to start work at the site in spring.

This next stage of development is set to build on the success of the current phase of new homes at Barley Grange – and prospective buyers are being urged to register their interest online today ahead of the forthcoming launch of Phase 2 in summer.

Roz Wells, associate sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey Southern Counties, said: “With planning permission now in place, the countdown can now begin to the official opening of the next phase at Barley Grange, a stunning selection of beautiful new homes in this charming semi-rural setting in West Durrington.

“We’re expecting considerable interest in this hotly-anticipated new launch, so I’d urge would-be movers to register their interest now – and put themselves at the front of the queue when the first homes become available to purchase later this year.”

Taylor Wimpey’s forthcoming Phase 2 development will offer a wealth of choices for purchasers in a range of circumstances, from first-time buyers and downsizers through to professionals and growing families looking to step up the property ladder in style.
