Fire at Worthing flat

DETECTIVES are investigating a fire at a Worthing flat.

Worthing firefighters were called to reports of people trapped inside a burning flat in Rowlands Road at around 2.30am today (Sunday, November 29).

Three crews attended and found a small fire in a first floor bathroom and numerous other small blazes had been started around the flat.

Nobody was injured.

Police were also called to the scene and the fire is now being investigated by detectives from Worthing CID and fire experts.
