Ester strikes gold
HEATHFIELD teenager Ester Champion, a former student of Uckfield Community Technology College, has received the gold Duke of Edinburgh award.
She took part in activities such as climbing Snowdon, assisting in an underachiveing maths class and travelling to Cervenne in France, to carry out data collection and further her cultural awareness.
Ester is currently at the University of the West of England studying psychology.
