Steyning residents warned to remain vigilant
POLICE are urging Steyning residents to be vigilant following a spate of shed break-ins and a number of trespassing incidents.
PC Jon Walker, of Horsham police, said: “We’re asking residents in the area of Bramber, Steyning to be vigilant and report any persons and/or vehicles they deem to be acting suspiciously in the area due to some incidents of shed breaks, attempt breaks and trespassing occurring.
“If anyone hears any disturbances in the nighttime hours please report using 999 to Sussex police and give as much details as possible as to the location, any vehicle indexes, descriptions or direction of travel.”
