He must pay £85 costs, £34 victim surcharge, and was disqualified from driving for 12 months. Fined £120 after admitting possessing cocaine, a class A drug, in Crawley on May 13, 2022. He also admitted drug-driving (more than 800ug/l benzoylecgonine) in Langley Drive, Crawley, on May 13, 2022, no separate penalty.

Lukasz Hetzig, 41, of Fieldfare Lane, Barnham: Fined £346 after admitting driving without insurance on the A29 Stane Street, Billingshurst, on May 19, 2022. Fined £346 after admitting drug-driving (124ug/l benzoylecognine) on the A29 Stane Street, Billingshurst, on May 19, 2022. He must pay £85 costs, £69 victim surcharge, and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.

Victoria McCormack, 45, of Garrick Road, Worthing: Fined £220 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of driving over the 40mph speed limit on the A27 Upper Brighton Road, Hillbarn, on April 30, 2022. Joe Cairns, 37, of Nightingale Avenue, Goring: Fined £589 and must pay £235 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over the 50mph speed limit on the A24 Dial Post on August 9, 2022. His drivng record was endorsed with six points.

Daniel Eely, 36, of Gravelly Crescent, Lancing: Fined £440 and must pay £44 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after being found guilty under the single justice procedure of using a vehicle when the nearside front tyre had a lump, bulge or tear, causing the separation or partial failure of its structure, in Henfield Road, Henfield, on April 30, 2022. His driving record was endorsed with three points.

Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Michelle Hugget, 46, of Hurstfield, Lancing: Fined £40 and must pay £34 victim surcharge, £90 costs, after admitting under the single justice procedure driving over the 70mph speed limit on the A27 Holmbush, Shoreham, on April 10, 2022. Her driving record was endorsed with three points.

Fardein Farji, 29, of Christchurch Road, Worthing: Jailed for 12 weeks after admitting stealing a charger worth £13 from The Range, Worthing, on October 12, 2022. Given five 12-week prison sentences to run concurrently after admitting three charges of entering TK Maxx, Worthing, on July 25, October 13 and October 14, 2022, an area from which he was prohibited by a criminal behaviour order made on August 4, 2021, by Worthing Magistrates' Court; stealing a pedal cycle worth £350 in Goring Road, Goring, on August 20, 2022; and stealing four coats worth £194.96 from TK Maxx, Worthing, on October 13, 2022. He also admitted breaching a community order made by Crawley Magistrates' Court on October 3, 2022, by failing to attend an initial appointment on October 6, 2022, and any other offered appointments. The order was revoked and he was dealt with for the original offence, receiving a 12-week consecutive prison sentence for being in possessing of a bicycle in Worthing on August 21, 2022, without proof of ownership, breaching a criminal behaviour order made on August 4, 2021, by Worthing Magistrates' Court; and three 12-week concurrent prison sentences for resisting a police constable in the execution of his duty in Worthing on August 21, 2022; being in an area of Worthing on August 12, 2021, from which he was prohibited by a criminal behaviour order; and being in possession of a bicycle in Worthing on October 2, 2022, without proof of ownership, breaching a criminal behaviour order.
