Mr Pamphilon said: 'Although colour brochures can provide a snapshot of the college, there is a major scale of difference between the use of old technology and the live impact of what goes on at UCTC as seen through a DVD.'

The film will include a welcome message from the Mr Pamphilon as well as footage from classes and some of the extra curricular activities UCTC has to offer.

Mr Pamphilon added: 'A further bonus for us is the ability to reshape and recompose the DVD between production runs, meaning the DVD can always be up-to-date and take advantage of best practice in this highly creative and developing area.'

Doghound Productions, formed in April 2006, has produced promotional films for the Sussex Health Information Service, Kent-based company Msporti and now Uckfield Community Technology College.
