Car stuck on railway causes delays
A car stuck on a level crossing in Crawley caused delays to passengers last night (Thursday January 30).
A spokesman for Network Rail said: “We were alerted to a car on the Crawley High Street level crossing at 9.50 on Thursday evening.
“All trains were stopped while the vehicle was removed. The crossing and track were checked by our engineers and the line was open as normal for the first trains on Friday morning.”
