Blood-soaked coat found in playground
POLICE are looking for a man who left a blood-soaked coat in a play area on Monday afternoon
The man, described as white, aged 20 to 30, and wearing a dark coloured hooded top and grey jeans, was seen in the play park area of the Pells next to the Pells pool at around 4.45pm.
He was seen to have dried blood on his hands but left before police arrived.
Officers found a coat which was covered in blood and other evidence of injury.
