Bexhill woman hurt in crash

The 43-year-old man, who has not yet been identified by police, died last Thursday when his motorcycle collided with two cars on the B2096 at Carrick Hill.

The woman from Bexhill, who was driving one of the cars, was also treated for minor injuries at the Conquest Hospital.

The accident happened just before 7.45pm and involved a Suzuki motorbike, a Ford Ka and Ford Mondeo.

Another driver was uninjured.

The road was closed for five hours and re-opened just after 1am Friday.

The cause of the crash is currently being investigated.
