Arsonists damage groyne in East Preston
FIREFIGHTERS were called to inspect a beach groyne in East Preston which was damaged by arsonists yesterday afternoon (Wednesday, September 10).
The small fire, at the beach off South Strand Road, was out by the time the crew from Littlehampton arrived 12.27pm.
Officers inspected the groyne before leaving the scene at 12.49pm.
