The retelling of this famous fairy tale is helped along the way by songs, slapstick humour and the delightful setting of a circus Big Top.

Year six children are taking the lead roles with the rest of Key Stage Two supporting them in a musical version of the story.

A percentage of the money is raised by the children and the rest is paid for by the school’s amazing PTA.

This year’s programme was sponsored by Comyn and James Estate Agents and flowers donated by the local Sainsbury’s store.

The whole event has a wonderful community feel as many of the local residents come and see the play each year.
