Plan for new homes in Motcombe

A plan to build three new homes in Old Town’s Motcombe area have been submitted to the council.

The application is for the three bedroom houses to be built on land at 38a Motcombe Road.

The site is currently used as a yard with 18 garages and a two storey building which is rented out as workshops.

The application will be considered by Eastbourne council’s planning department.
