Armed police arrest man in Crawley after '˜sword incident'
Armed police swooped on an area in Crawley this afternoon following reports of '˜a man waving a sword around in the street'.
Police say that the incident happened near Three Bridges railway station.
A spokesman said: “Armed officers were deployed to deal with the incident.
“A man was arrested and he’s in custody tonight.”
