Plans to bring Armed Forces Day back to Bognor are coming along nicely.

The new committee held it’s first meeting last week and appointed individual roles to each member.

The Bognor Regis Sea Cadets have also pledged their involvement.

Bognor Mayor Pat Dillon said: “The committee held its first full meeting last Tuesday and everyone knows their roles to play.

“Gary Edgington from the Sea Cadets said they were coming on board so we are going in the right direction.”

Businesses are wanted to help sponsor the day, confirmed for June 18, 2017.
