A first look at Tutto's menu - the new Brighton Italian restaurant from the man behind Burnt Orange

Tutto the new Italian restaurant from acclaimed restaurateur behind Brighton’s The Coal Shed, The Salt Room and Burnt Orange is now open in Brighton.

Razak Helalat’s new venue on Marlborough Place is open for business following a ‘soft launch’ and subsequent temporary closure.

Dishes on the menu include Lasagna crocchetta, Beef carpaccio with pickled walnut, truffle and parmesan, Tagliolini with Cornish crab, chilli and bottarga and Veal osso bucco with polenta and gremolata.
