It was another record-breaking night at Chichester’s Corporate Challenge.
The second of three race nights at the 2017 event saw the highest-ever number of runners in the six junior races - topping 500 - and an over-40s course record set by James Baker in 13min 35sec for the 4.5k course around the city centre.
Unlike the opening night of this year’s programme, the rain stayed away - although the fog did threaten to descend at one stage.
See the best of the action in photograhper Derek Martin’s gallery, above, and catch up with a full report, pictures and a full list of finishers and their times in the Chichester Observer’s March 23 edition.
