Chichester Runners & AC athlete Jessica Breach travelled to Lee Valley Athletics Centre in north London for the South of England indoor championships.
Competing in four individual events over two days, she came away with two medals and three personal bests.
Strong runs in the heats and semi-final took her comfortably through to the final of the under-17 60m hurdles, where with a great start and excellent hurdling technique, she took the bronze medal with a great PB time of 9.02sec.
In the shot, she finished a creditable seventh with a throw of 9.05m, and despite not using starting blocks, she set a new PB of 8.14sec in the semi-final of the 60m.
Going through the qualifying pools of the long jump, Breach was one of only five athletes over five metres to make the 12-athlete final.
In the final, her second-round jump saw her execute what was probably her technically best-ever run-up and sail to a 5.29m personal best to take the bronze medal and end a very successful weekend.
