The 33rd annual charity boxing dinner, sponsored by Bognor Regis Rotary Club, will be held at Centre Stage, Butlin’s, on Thursday, November 24.
It’s almost a sell-out already, with just one table to be sold at the time of going to press.
Some changes to the black-tie event have been brought in by organiser David Dear, including a new-look quickfire auction of four or five items, such as boxing gloves signed by Marvin Hagler, John H Stracey and John Conteh.
The lighting, music and layout of the arena have all changed and this year’s event will be a prestigious ABA inter-counties match between Sussex and Kent.
Comedian/magician Mick Travis will be providing entertainment.
There are a limited number of non-dining tickets available from JW Sports in Bognor High Street and some will be for sale on the night but these will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
A bar and food will be available for people buying these tickets.
For table reservations, call David Dear on 07979 363843 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
