Arundel Castle’s cricket ground has attracted excellent crowds this season.
Cambridge University proved too strong for the Duke’s XI, winning by seven wickets.

Ian Hislop came with his Private Eye XI and the ground welcomed the St Moritz Tobogganing Club, from the Cresta Run.
On Sunday more than 500 runs were scored in a drawn match between Quidnuncs and Harlequins.
The Martlets played host to a very strong MCC side.
Last Sunday (June 1), Arundel Castle suffered a seven-wicket defeat at home to Arabs after being bowled out for 193.
This Sunday sees the Christopher Martin-Jenkins memorial match at the castle ground (2pm) between a Cricket Society XI and a Cricket Society President’s XI.
It’s free admission and those due to play include Toby Pierce, Robin Martin-Jenkins, Mark Nash, Alexia Walker and Johnny Barclay.
