DARIN KILLPARTRICK doesn’t want to give his pal Danny Bloor any more reasons to brag this weekend.
The Eastbourne Town boss is a good friend of Rocks bosses Killpartrick and Jamie Howell and took great delight in seeing his team inflict the Rocks’ only home league defeat of last season.
Town’s floodlit 3-1 win at Nyewood Lane just over a year ago was a shock – and Killpartrick doesn’t want a repeat.
“We’ll be reminding our players of last season’s result before the game, but that alone won’t guarantee us victory.
“Danny’s got a good side there and we’ll need to show them respect. But at home we will look to take the game to them and play our normal way.
“We showed exactly the right approach in our last home game against Burgess Hill and got the right result. That’s a standard we need to try to reach every week.”
