Bognor Regis Town won the Sussex derby clash with Burgess Hill Town at the Green Elephants Stadium.
The game was poised at 0-0 when it was turned on it's head in the 40th minute when a handball by Will Miles saw the Hillians defender sent off and James Fraser put away the spot kick.
Chad Field then made it 2-0 on the stroke of half-time.
James Richmond pulled one back for the home side with a header in the 60th minute but any chance of comeback was killed off when Ollie Pearce scored in the 72nd minute.
